A very trusty set up, this is the exact same radio we personally have!
It's super quick and easy to set up, and this kit is great for lorry drivers too as the antenna base has an optional 90 degree elbow on it - so you can put the base on the back of your cab & then point the antenna 90 degrees up over the top of your cab! This 90 degree bend can be very useful for 4x4's too, because if you hit something, the antenna should just fold over rather than break!
Included in the kit:
Thunderpole T-800 (radio & microphone)
- 12v Cigarette lighter for power - no need to hard wire in
- AM/FM channels, Multi-band operation with UK and EU Bands
- 3 position channel switch including a dedicated channel 19 position & a PA position
- Comes with all brackets & fasteners you need to get it mounted securely
Thunderpole CL Adjustable Mag Kit (Antenna)
- 5+ mile range
- Strong magnetic mount makes it quick and easy to attach to your vehicle & you can add in the 90 degree elbow for more mounting options if required
- Pre-tuned antenna delivers exceptional performance
- Strengthened connecting parts and a durable design that provides long-lasting performance wherever the road takes you.
